		<description>I&#039;ve been running with minimalist shoes for a couple years. The vibrams did not fit my feet well, but the new balance minimus were a good alternative. 

I have definitely experienced the same feeling that the demand on my nervous system during barefoot exercise has increased my total body awareness substantially.
