Daily Practices

(If these don’t happen every day, there is something wrong.)

  • If I don’t get at least 7 hours of sleep (8.5 is ideal) I’m no use to anyone.
  • I train physically every day. This consists of ballet and gymnastics, among others.
  • I meditate at night.
